• Account Creation: To access certain services, such as project management tools and order history, creating an account may be necessary. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.


2. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All materials on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to Recto Ghostwriters. This Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the original content you submit to us for eBook creation (your "Content"). However, by submitting your Content, you grant Recto Ghost Writers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your Content solely to fulfill your service request. This includes the right to copy, edit, modify, publish, and distribute your Content as part of your completed eBook


3. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Recto Ghost Writers may offer a refund for its services. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


3.1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are generally not available for services rendered. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Recto Ghostwriters may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:

  • Project cancellation by client: If you choose to cancel your project before we begin working on it, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus a non-refundable processing fee of the total project cost.

  • Significant Deviation from Project Specifications: In the unlikely event that the delivered work deviates significantly from the agreed-upon project specifications, as outlined in the project proposal, and we are unable to rectify the issue to your satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund may be offered


3.2. Refund Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Dissatisfaction with the style or tone of the writing, as this is subjective and reflects creative choices made in consultation with the client.
  • Request for revisions exceeding the scope of the originally agreed-upon project, as outlined in the project proposal.
  • Delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information or feedback promptly.
  • Work completed according to project specifications but not used by the client for any reason.

3.3. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us at billing@rectoghostwriters.com. Your request should clearly state the reason for requesting a refund and any relevant details supporting your claim.


3.4. Refund Timeline: If your refund request is approved, you will receive the refunded amount within 10-15 business days via the original payment method used for the purchase.



4. User Conduct

• Acceptable Use: Recto Ghostwriters services are intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services for any activity that violates applicable laws, or regulations, or infringes on the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copyright Infringement
  • Trademark Infringement
  • Defamation
  • Harassment
  • Fraud

• Compliance: By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.


5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Recto Ghostwriters strives to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" for your use.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recto Ghostwriters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if Recto Ghostwriters has been advised of the possibility of such damages
